Information we process
We process your account identifier, name and email supplied by your sign-in provider; baby names; feeding, pumping, milk storage and sleep records; notes; preferences; and device notification tokens. Sign-in, service requests and errors may produce operational logs needed to operate and secure the service. The app keeps a local cache and pending edits on your device.
Why and with whom
We use this information to authenticate caregivers, synchronize care, send chosen notifications, support users, and protect accounts. Invited family caregivers can access the family's shared baby records and caregiver display names. Firebase (Google) processes authentication and stores records; Apple and Google handle their sign-in services, and Apple delivers notifications. We do not sell your information, include advertisements, or use cross-app advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can edit or delete care records and change settings in the app. Disable alerts and Live Activities if you do not want care information shown on the Lock Screen. You can request help or a copy of your information through the support address above. Do not enter unnecessary identifying or medical details in free-text notes.
Retention and account deletion
Shared records remain until deleted in the app or until the final caregiver deletes their account. Account deletion is available in Settings and requires fresh sign-in confirmation. We remove the account identity, device tokens, identifying attribution, and notes authored by that account. Shared care events remain for other caregivers without the deleted account's identity. When the final caregiver deletes their account, the family's baby profiles, sessions, membership, and invite code are deleted. Local caches are cleared on sign-out and deletion. Operational logs may persist for the service provider's configured retention period; no fixed deletion period for those logs is promised here.
Children and security
Raftlings is intended for adult caregivers, who enter information about babies they care for. We do not offer child accounts. Access is limited to authenticated family members, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Keep invite codes private and contact support if you believe someone has unauthorized access.
Changes
We will update this page and its effective date when this policy changes materially.
